Game Tech Institute®
Campers who have an interest in video games will enjoy the opportunities available through Game Tech Institute®. The Game Tech Institute® is sure to be an entertaining and fun adventure into video game creation, as it gives kids the chance to develop video games and work with others to explore the inner workings of gaming systems. With the help of experienced Gameologists and teachers, your children will develop skills and knowledge that will help them in their future careers! Campers will use their unique imagination and creativity to create their own video games in a fun, interactive, and supportive environment!
- Introduction to Game Design including animation, programming, and story development.
- Campers will enjoy making new friends, and playing with others who's interest, age, and skill levels match theirs.
- While creating their own computer games, our campers will use computer science, which incorporates math, physics, and art.
- Each camper goes home with a completed video game that they can share with friends and family!
- Campers get a chance to test and improve their skills in weekly video game tournaments where everybody is a winner!
- Each day our campers will unplug from the tech world and participate in exiting field trips and on campus activities, swimming, in-house entertainment, and more!
Camp is open to both public and private school students in grades 5-9.
