ALUMNI SPOTLIGHT
Josh Gad
Josh Gad, Class of 1999, is best known for voicing Olaf in the Frozen franchise, playing Elder Arnold Cunningham in the Broadway musical The Book of Mormon, playing Le Fou in the live-action adaptation of Disney's Beauty and the Beast, and, of course, USchool productions of Fiddler on the Roof, Guys and Dolls and more!
Zay Flowers
Zay Flowers is an NFL wide receiver for the Baltimore Ravens and a 2019 graduate of NSU University School. After a record-breaking career at Boston College, he was selected in the first round of the 2023 NFL Draft and has become one of the league's rising stars.
Athena Staton
Athena Staton is the founder and CEO of SheCar and SheCARE, organizations dedicated to empowering women through trusted transportation and charitable support. A 1982 graduate of NSU University School, she has built her career around creating opportunities for women to achieve greater independence and stability.
Scott Weinger
Scott Weinger, a 1993 graduate of NSU University School, is an actor, writer, and producer best known as the voice of Aladdin in Disney’s Aladdin and as Steve Hale on Full House. His career behind the scenes includes writing and producing acclaimed television series, and he currently serves as an executive producer of Hulu’s Paradise.
Annie Gordon
Annie Gordon, a 2008 graduate of NSU University School, is the founder of two nonprofits, Flute Club Cincinnati and Do It Yourself Darlin. Flute Club Cincinnati brings adult flutists together to rediscover the joy of making music, while Do It Yourself Darlin empowers people with the knowledge and confidence to maintain and improve their homes.
Lauren Book
Lauren Book, a 2003 graduate of NSU University School, is a Florida State Senator, nationally recognized child advocate, and founder and CEO of Lauren’s Kids. Through her advocacy and legislative work, she has advanced efforts to prevent child sexual abuse, support survivors, and strengthen protections for children.
